What attracted you to the field of microbreweries?
To be honest, I knew absolutely nothing. But the energy you find in a microbrewery and the brewing field in general really appeals to me.
Do you brew beer at home?
I have a few recipes I’m developing on paper, but still nothing in the carboys for now.
What are you most passionate about in your work?
Human contact, the day-to-day with colleagues as well as suppliers and clients.
